—–The last week has been all about snook, trout, and redfish. The inshore bite has remained strong, centered around the morning incoming tides, and afternoon outgoings. A frisky live shiner continues to be the go-to bait. Although, I have seen plenty of snook and trout eat a fly this week!
—–We have had several good rallies of kingfish, bonita and spanish mackeral off the Anna Maria Island beaches this week as well.
—–The near shore wrecks and reefs continue to produce mangrove snapper, permit, and cobia.
—–It’s springtime in Florida. Let’s go fishing!
