Booked an afternoon (1 - 5) fishing charter on 04/16/22. Got a phone call at 12:15 that they had to... cancel because they had no bait. Been on many fishing charters, many catch bait on the way out. Seemed like the captain just didn't want to go out. Whatever happened, a marina charter boat running out of bait seems like a poor excuse.read more

We rode stopped on our waverunners to check out this marina to see if we can bring our 32ft... cruiser. Pumped gas and talked to rental staff. The rental staff were super friendly but marina owner has ZERO customer service or people skills. After we spent over $80 in gas, my sister's ski broke down. We asked if we could use the ramp and owner denied her any assistance. She offered to pay for a slip to have access to ramp. He said it was too much paperwork. There was a bad storm rolling in. We had to tow her to the closest ramp in the middle of the storm. Thanks Keyes Marina, we will take our cruiser and business somewhere a little more customer orientated 😉.read more

Broke down after pumping gas $80! Was denied any help n turned away. We were on 2 separate... jetskis so one of us was going to make the almost 2 hr ride back in ruff seas and get the vehicle with trailer n drive it back to this Marina. A storm was also coming. Yet we were told we couldn’t use their boat ramp even if we paid. I offered any amount of money! Their website says boat slips avail so I asked to pay for one to leave our jetski there n he still refused. Said it was to much paperwork for him to do!! DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY HERE!!! They could careless if u die in a storm with ruff seas getting towed by another jetski 1mph to another Marina.read more

I fish a few times a year with guys that do it all the time. I finally broke down and bought my own... rod and reel. The guys at Keys Marina are super knowledgeable about their products. Not only did the Save Me Money they set me up with a rig half the size of what my friends suggested. It was lighter to hold all day and when I pulled up a 30” Red Grouper from 145’ they guys I was fishing with stared asking for details. Thanks to Henry setting me up with the right rig. Stopped in to get some bait for fishing. They had a great supplies of fishing and gear. They,... unfortunately, don't carry live bait, only shrimp We needed shiners.read more

Pulled into this tiny Marina under construction. It is multiple small businesses packed into small... area. We asked if we could stop for a little while due to the storm, even offered to fill up with gas. They charged up $20 plus the gas mark-up. Recommend avoiding this place. Little slack goes a long way. There are many other nicer places.read more
